Lucky Herath provides assistance to the litigation group. She is responsible for document production and preparing court documents primarily for the Supreme Court of BC and Provincial Court of BC. She also has experience with the BC Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Yukon, Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal.

Lucky has been with the firm since 2010 and in the litigation group since 2012. She joined the paralegal team in January 2017.
